Refunds
Please be aware that product refunds will be issued within 7 working days upon refund being agreed. This is due to timeframes set out by the card merchant.
Delivery charges
Delivery prices are set by us as part of our overall costing model and are non-exclusive to any individual courier. Those listed at the time of purchase are for guidance only. Please note you are not purchasing a specific service, and the courier can be changed due to necessity at any time.
Delivery timescales
Please note that although delivery is targeted within 48 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends), there may, on occasion, delays within the courier’s logistics which are beyond our control. This is most likely to be the case during busier periods such as Christmas and bank holidays. In these instances, we require a 14-day period of arrival allowance in cases where proof of dispatch can be provided. After this period, if the shipment has not been received, we can issue a full refund if requested. Individual discretion will be applied in instances where shipments are showing as received but receipt of goods is being contested.
